ePortfolios why?

ePortfolios offer a range of beneficial tools. As a professional educator wanting to showcase my achievements and goals, I felt that using a platform that can help me organize and display my abilities would be a great way to represent my work. I knew that I could use my ePortfolio to potentially be seen by my employer and other educators. It would be a place where I can articulate my teaching philosophy and achievements. ePortfolios provide a well-organized platform to present my papers, presentations, and soon my innovation plan. ePortfolios will also be a place where I plan to document my learning, not only for my career but for my educational progress as well. ePortfolios will help keep me on track and will continue to build on my professional development. Another benefit that I am looking forward to using on ePortfolio is the collaboration and feedback not only with my coworkers but with other people from the education world. What I really like about using ePortfolios is the ability to incorporate videos, pictures, and graphs. This will make it much easier when I'm presenting a project or just wanting to share an article about education with my coworkers. I can't wait to see my progress and growth from being able to use ePortfolios. I can reflect back on past post to see what has changed and how it has improved. ePortfolios can also be a place to socialize. by intergrating Facebook, instragram, TikTok the socialization can be endless.  But it could also be a place to create my innovations as well as archiving past documents that have already been created. Once I have added all of those parts your ready to publish your ePortfolio where not only your future boss can see your abilites but can give you that feedback that would make your portfoilo that much better. One of the best parts about having an ePortfolio is that if things change you can always go back and edit your work. ePortfolios can help you grow professionaly by keeping you up to date on the most recent researched based articles about my field of interest. ePortfolio will help other teachers in our field by giving them the opportuningy to socialize and discuss different 

I talked about why I should use an ePortfolio and gave you some of the benefits of using one. ePortfolio can be a powerful tool that can help me grow as a professional educator. It allows me to present a detailed and organized collection of my work. My professional growth is something else that could be added to my ePortfolio. I can set specific career goals and track my progress. I can look at where I'm at and where I want to be. Having an ePortfolio also gives me an opportunity when needed for interviews. I hope to continue to be our IC coach at my campus. I know that I will have to re-interview for the position again; using the ePortfolio will be a plus for me. It could be easily shared and will give them detailed evidence of what I have done this past year and what my goals were and where I want to be. Another tool that will help me grow is by being able to share my ePortfolio with my peers, supervisors, and mentors. What better way to grow and gain more knowledge than getting constructive feedback from the people that you work with. Being able to go to one place where all my projects, presentations, and papers are would benefit me. Being able to update and refine my ePortfolio regularly will be a long-term asset for my professional development.

ePortfolios will benefit me in the future by tracking my growth. Being able to do regular updates to my ePortfolio it will allow me to track my prfesstional development over time. Helping me see where I have grown and where I need help. Being able to share my ePortfolio for collaboration and feedback will help me build those meaningful professional relationships through this journey. Using an ePortfolio will also allow me to stay up dated with the latest technology. As we know technology is always changing that I can incorparate new tolls and features that will ensure my professional presentation reamin current and engaging. By maintaining an ePortfolio I position myself for continued success.
