By the end of the 2025–2026 school year, Pre-K teachers will confidently and consistently integrate age-appropriate technology into classroom instruction to enhance student learning.

Measurement

To track my progress I will use Teacher Pre & Post Surveys, Observational Checklist, Weekly Check-ins, and Technology usage.

1. Teachers plan and implement at least one technology enhanced activity per week.

2. Teachers seek support, coaching, or resources when they feel unsure about using a digital tool.

3. Teachers reflect weekly on their experience using technology.
